Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16th August 2026

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you stay in control of it.

1. What this covers

This policy explains what personal information [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] collects when you use this website, download our guide, join the membership, or book a session — and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

3. How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Payment information

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Those details go directly to the processor, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a business sale or transfer. We do not share your information with advertisers for their own marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

7. Email and unsubscribing

If you request the guide or subscribe, we will email you. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time. We will still send essential service emails — receipts, renewal notices and account information — while you are a paying member.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a subscriber or customer, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes — for example, tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 10).

9. How we protect it

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable service providers, and limited access to personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email camille_l@sbcglobal.net. We will respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
