Nine years deciding between a remodel and a move

The problem

Joann had waited nine years on her kitchen, torn between expanding to fit big family gatherings or leaving for a larger house — and wasn't sure this was even her forever home.

The solution

The sink moved into a new full-size island, a vaulted ceiling opened the room up, the fridge was relocated, and two full pantries with a dedicated tea drawer solved storage for good.

An inheritance, a farmhouse, and a husband who wasn't sold

The problem

A gift from her late mother could have funded the remodel, but Kay wasn't sure it would stretch far enough — and her husband, wary of local contractors, wasn't on board yet.

The solution

A Sea Salt and alabaster palette, right-sized DFIO drawers, a day-use pantry, and cutting the in-kitchen laundry room turned an impasse into a plan they both trusted.

A water leak that forced a bigger decision

The problem

A leak damaged several cabinets, and Charlene had to decide fast: take the insurance payout for a small patch job, or use it as the push to remodel the whole kitchen.

The solution

A clear cabinet-style decision and a same-day answer inside the membership turned a stressful insurance timeline into a full kitchen she'd have hesitated to plan on her own.
